Thin Layer Chromatography (TLC)
Chromatography is one of the most common methods of quantitative and quantitative measurement of drugs in biological fluids (urine).
Types of chromatography have two components: the mobile phase, liquid or gas, and the stationary phase, which can be solid or liquid. In general, the moving phase moves through or within the constant phase, due to the flow that passes through or within the phase, depending on the tendency of the various components of the sample to be displaced by the moving phase at different speeds based on the molecular weight. If the analyse matter has a lower inclination with a constant phase, it is washed faster by the moving phase, and if it is more likely to be in a constant phase, it is washed at a lower rate, thereby separating the material.
